- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and log data generated when you use our website or platform (e.g., timestamps, pages viewed, and error logs).
- Cookies & similar technologies: used for core functionality and to understand website and platform performance (see Cookies & Analytics below).
Amazon Ads API Data (Advertising Data We Access/Process)
If you connect Vivetrics to your Amazon Ads account(s) and authorize access, Vivetrics may access and process advertising data made available through Amazon Ads APIs in order to provide measurement, reporting, and workflow functionality.
Depending on the capabilities you enable and the permissions you grant, this data may include:
- Advertising performance and reporting data (e.g., campaign, ad group, keyword, or targeting performance metrics, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related reporting fields).
- Campaign and creative configuration metadata needed to support reporting, normalization, mapping, and analysis (e.g., entity names or IDs, settings, and statuses).
- Account and profile metadata required to operate the integration (e.g., profile identifiers and related configuration details).
Important: Vivetrics is designed to use Amazon Ads API data only for the purposes you request (e.g., analytics, reporting, measurement, and related platform functionality). We do not sell Amazon Ads data or use it for third-party marketing.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Vivetrics platform
- Respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and other requests
- Communicate with you about product updates, security, and account notices
- Provide analytics, reporting, and measurement features (including processing authorized Amazon Ads API data)
- Detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
How We Do Not Use Information
Vivetrics does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or third-party marketing.
Billing & Payments (Stripe)
If you purchase a Vivetrics subscription, payments are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Vivetrics does not store full payment card numbers or CVV on our servers. Instead, we may store billing and payment-related metadata such as:
- Billing contact name and email
- Billing address (if provided)
- Payment method details provided by Stripe (e.g., card brand, last 4 digits, expiration month/year, and payment method identifiers)
- Subscription status, invoices, and transaction history
Your payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe’s terms and privacy practices in addition to this policy.
Sharing of Information
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the service (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support tooling, email delivery, and payment processing). These providers are permitted to process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy.
